Returns Policy
We very much hope you are happy with your purchase from Endpaper. However if you would like to make a return we offer a full refund on any item as long as you return it to us in a saleable condition within 28 days. It must be unused, undamaged and in its original packaging. After 28 days unfortunately we cannot offer a refund.
(We only offer exchanges on damaged or faulty items)
What you need to do -
Please first email us at; hello@endpaperco.com within 14 days of purchase date. Let us know the item you wish to return, your name and the purchase date and then post it back to us at;

Any refunds will be processed once we have received, inspected and approved your returned item. We will notify you via email. Credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment once this process is complete.
You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs of the item. Please retain proof of postage as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
*We cannot accept returns on earrings due to hygiene reasons, we also don't accept returns on magazines.
Damaged or Faulty Items -
We sincerely hope this should never happen, but should you receive a damaged or faulty item please notify us within 7 days of receipt stating the problem and we will organise an exchange or refund for you. If you are returning a damaged item and do not want a replacement then the cost of the return shipping (at the cheapest rate) will be added onto your refund, please supply proof of postage.
Any damage caused during transit should be photographed and reported to us within 7 days of receiving the product.
* Please note some of our products are second-hand/vintage pieces and will show some signs of age and wear, we try to represent that as clearly as we can in all photos but occasionally this isn't always possible.
